usb-storage: unusual_devs entry to fix write-access regression for Seagate external drives
Kris Lindgren reports that without the NO_WP_DETECT flag, his Seagate external disk drive fails all write accesses. This regresssion dates back approximately to the start of the 4.x kernel releases.
