st: convert DRIVER_ATTR macros to DRIVER_ATTR_RO

Convert DRIVER_ATTR macros to DRIVER_ATTR_RO requested by
Greg KH. Also switched to using scnprintf instead of snprintf
per Documentation/filesystems/sysfs.txt.
