Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

Bluetooth: Introduce BT_BREDR and BT_LE config options The current kernel options do not make it clear which modules are for Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR) and which are for Bluetooth Low Energy (LE). To make it really clear, introduce BT_BREDR and BT_LE options with proper dependencies into the different modules. RFCOMM provides connection oriented stream transport. RFCOMM
support is required for Dialup Networking, OBEX and other Bluetooth
applications.

This saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway. bloat-o-meter output is below. The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than "depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies. bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by removing TTY.
