jbj 1f6cdca2d5 - add --enable-posixmutexes when configuring on linux. 
- add rpmdb_{deadlock,dump,load,svc,stat,verify} utilities.
- include srpm pkgid in binary headers (#71460).

jbj 966fabbc44 - memory indices for dependency check are typedef'd and abstract'd. 
- no-brainer refcounts for fi object, debug the mess.
- dump the header early in transaction, recreate fi before installing.
