	* app/widgets/gimpdialogfactory.c
	* app/widgets/gimptoolbox.c: removed GDK_HINT_USER_POS and
	GDK_HINT_USER_SIZE again because they caused problems with
	some window managers Instead, set the window's size with
	gtk_window_parse_geometry().
