	* app/base/gimphistogram.[ch]: cleaned up multi-processor code,
	added a GimpBaseConfig parameter to gimp_histogram_new().

	* app/core/gimpdrawable-equalize.c
	* app/pdb/color_cmds.c
	* app/tools/gimphistogramtool.c
	* app/tools/gimplevelstool.c
	* app/tools/gimpthresholdtool.c
	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/color.pdb: changed accordingly.

	* app/base/pixel-processor.c: some cleanup to the multi-processor
	code; use the global base_config variable :(
