	Merged Bill's changes for bug #521433 from trunk with some minor
	cleanups:

	* app/paint/gimpbrushcore.[ch]: made
	gimp_brush_core_get_brush_mask() public.

	* app/paint/gimpheal.c: respect the brush mask.
