CPPFLAGS: added -DGTK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED

This way we can reproduce the effect of gtk_item_factory_get_from_path() which is deprectated for good reasons. New macro GIMP_QUERY_BOX_VBOX() to pack custom widgets into the dialogs.
