and gimp_prop_stock_image_new() (the latter is still unused).
* app/gui/dialogs-constructors.[ch]
* app/gui/dialogs.c: made the device status a dockable.
* app/gui/dialogs-menu.c
* app/gui/image-menu.c
* app/gui/toolbox-menu.c: changed accordingly.
* app/gui/gui.c: update the device status dialog indirectly now
using the new gui_device_change_notify() callback.
