of "create_preview" and "create_popup".
* app/gimpdrawablepreview.c: stuff... still unused.
* app/gimppreview.c: fixed idle rendering crashes, don't
forget popups on GDK_2BUTTON_PRESS.
* app/app_procs.c: gimpbrushlist.h doesn't exist any more.
* app/gimpobject.h: removed the GimpObject typedef because it
is in apptypes.h
