Jehan 05d226c343 app, desktop: fix the Alt-click exclusive visibility case.
We want it to work whatever the level in the item tree. We only care
about whether the items are selected or not.

Also fixing the AppStream release tag for the description of this
feature.

Jehan 50496b8fb1 app: update the item visibility lock logics.
Unlike other locks, visibility lock is less useful for locking a whole
hierarchy of item and their children. On the other hand, being able to
lock a group visibility while editing the children visibility is quite
useful.

Jehan 084906dbf1 app, devel-docs, libgimp, pdb: remove gimp_item_set_linked().
I cleaned many remaining places where the concept of linked item still
survived.
On loading an XCF file with linked items, we are now going to create a
named sets for the linked items, allowing people to easily select these
back if the relation was still needed.

We don't remove gimp_item_get_linked() yet and in particular, we don't
save stored items into XCF files. This will come in an upcoming change.

Jehan 18fab4e257 app: add Alt-click on visibility and locks for exclusive switch within…
… the selected items only.
This is the exact same algorithm as Shift-click, except that Shift-click
switch exclusivity within the whole level of items. Alt-click does the
same but only within selected items in the list.

Jehan cd7f399006 app: implement exclusive lock switching (Shift-click).
Similar to exclusive visibility switch on layers, now for locks too, if
one wants to lock all layers within a same level for instance by
Shift-clicking the lock icon.

Also once again I factorized the exclusive switching code to ensure it
will always works the same for all similar features (visibility and all
locks).

Jehan 9492affda3 app: add an item visibility lock.
Sometimes one may want to lock visibility of a given layer. This is very
useful in particular when shift-clicking a layer visibility. In this
case, it won't be included in the list of layer to update. This can be
used for instance if you want some layers always visible (or always
hidden) while setting exclusive visibility of some other layers only.

Jehan 7c171b4df9 app: exclusive visibility in item group only toggles within the group.
Shift-click should actually toggle only within a given group. The new
capability of toggling only a sub-item, brought by commit 970e9ac is
still feasible in 2 steps: first toggling the parent (item group), then
the desired child.
It brings now a third possibility with exclusive toggle among many
children items, without touching other groups and top-level items.

Jehan 970e9aca90 app: exclusive visibility toggle should also update same level items.
When toggling visibility of a child in an item group, we should also
toggle the visibility of other items in the same group, as well as
top-level items. Otherwise toggling exclusive visibility of any item in
a group is identical to toggling the parent's exclusive visibility,
which is simply absurd.
We still don't touch visibility of items in other groups.

Michael Natterer 697572ccc0 app, libgimp*: fix includes to follow our include policy
- don't include <gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixbuf.h> in headers in app/
- instead, include it in many .c files instead of <glib-object.h>,
finally acknowledging the fact that app/ depends on gdk-pixbuf almost
  globally
- fix up includes as if libgimpbase depended in GIO, which it soon will

Michael Natterer 67b5a509b6 Bug 677823 - Shift + mouse click to link all layers does not work
This got lost during layer group porting, reimplement it, but restrict
"all layers" to the clicked layer's branch in the tree.

Michael Natterer 3669acf0be Bug 658904 - Wrong behaviour in hidding layers with shift + left mouse click
Fix "exclusive visible" for layer trees. Doesn't touch the visibility
of any non-toplevel items that is not in the exclusive item's ancestry.

Michael Natterer 846392b66c app: move the "exclusive visible" logic to the core
but don't fix it for item trees yet (refactoring only). Kill the
"exclusive liked" function which only existed because it was so easy
to have, but was always utterly useless. Prove me wrong and I will
revive it.
