* app/*/*.c: use them for all object properties so their
strings are not copied.

GimpCursorView is a replacement for the info window's "Cursor"
page, GimpSamplePointEditor is a view on an image's sample points.
The sample point editor does nothing yet except keeping a 2x2 grid
