Change licence to GPLv3 (and to LGPLv3 for libgimp).
Cleaned up some copyright headers and regenerated the parsers in
the ImageMap plugin.

The user of GimpGridEditor can connect to notifications of the
grid that is being edited. There is no need for a proxy signal.

the image's grid object, it is part of the image. Copy all grid
properties instead.
