Make libgimp depend on GdkPixbuf
...
Move the pixbuf layer and image thumbnail function from libgimpui to
libgimp and move gimp_layer_new_from_pixbuf() to gimplayer.[ch] where
it belongs. Change gimp-2.0.pc accordingly, adapt plug-in Makefiles
and update devel-docs.

the stroke.
Renamed gimp-vectors-stroke-remove to gimp-vectors-remove-stroke.
ATTENTION: this breaks scripts using this function, a simple name
change is enough to make it work again.
Also please note that yosh reordered the return values of
gimp-vectors-stroke-interpolate, so your scripts need adjustment
there as well.
