Implement the presistent menu of recently closed docks, still
somewhat hackish but fully functional. Fixes bug #132744.

and (de)serialize via proper interface methods.

formerly in the info's (de)serialize functions but didn't belong
there.

closed docks and code to restore the dock when the menu items are
selected. Use above new action property to ensure a minimum
width of the menu.

separating notebooks in the window title. Menu items don't like '|'.
* app/widgets/gimpdock.c: removed the confirmation dialog when
closing docks and simply add them to the recent docks container.
This code is totally misplaced and will move to another file soon.

for themeing.
* app/widgets/gimpdock.c (gimp_dock_init): assign unique IDs
and set unique widget names based on the ID.
(gimp_dock_style_set): set individual styles for each dock based
on the widget name so docks on different screens get the correct
font size. Use PANGO_SCALE_SMALL instead of a hardcoded factor of
0.8.

Some cleanup to make plug-in menu creation less hackish and
finally enable registering plug-in menu entries in much more UI
managers (not only in the image and toolbox menus):

creating the toolbox menu from the <Image> UI manager.
* app/widgets/gimpimagedock.[ch]: removed the ui_manager and the
signal connections to update it...
* app/widgets/gimpdock.[ch]: ...and added them here so all docks
have their own UI manager. Determine which manager to create from
looking at GimpDockClass::ui_manager_name (defaults to <Dock>).
* app/widgets/gimptoolbox.c: set ui_manager_name to <Toolbox> and
use the UI manager created by our parent class instead of using
the <Image> one.
(toolbox_create_tools): use gimp_action_get_accel_closure()
instead of doing evil hacks.
