        app/file_new_dialog.h:
        app/gloal_edit.c:  added behaviour so that the
        new file size will default to the current cut buffer
        if its "fresh"

        *app/file_new_dialog.c: more fiddling with file_new.
        the resoution unit optionmenu should work now. Just
        need to get the optionmenus remembering history.

        *app/prefereces_dialog.[ch]: split up command.c
        into three files, commands.c, file_new_dialog.c,
        and preferences.c

        *app/Makefile.am: change to incorporate the new files

        *TODO: more feature ideas
