Added the STRIP_BEGIN and STRIP_END macros from gtk+. * app/base/makefile.msc: unmodified copy of app/core/makefile.msc (just to make "make dist" work). * */Makefile.am: use @STRIP_BEGIN@ and @STRIP_END@ all over the place.
