strstr on dnd_crap, not filename, since filename will be NULL in that

        * app/widgets/gimpdnd.c (gimp_dnd_open_files): strstr on dnd_crap,
        not filename, since filename will be NULL in that case. Also remove
        doubled declaration of filename.
