app: Prefix TileManager functions
read_pixel_data() -> tile_manager_read_pixel_data() write_pixel_data() -> tile_manager_write_pixel_data() read_pixel_data_1() -> tile_manager_read_pixel_data_1() write_pixel_data_1() -> tile_manager_write_pixel_data_1() for consistency.
