	* app/core/gimpdrawable-convert.[ch]: new files holding
	gimp_drawable_convert_rgb() and gimp_drawable_convert_grayscale()
	moved out of gimpimage-convert.[ch].

	* app/core/gimpchannel.c
	* app/core/gimpimage-convert.[ch]
	* app/core/gimplayer.c: changed accordingly.
