libgimp: improvements to GimpProcedureDialog API.
- New gimp_procedure_dialog_fill_box(_list)() functions to create a GtkBox in the layout. - Generating widgets for parameters of type double (and computing appropriate "ok defaults" digits for these, depending on the min-max range of the property).
