Fix startup bug due to old node version 

Solution as suggested by @kpcyrd.

Fixed behaviour:

    $ docker logs <CONTAINER>

    /cryptpad/server.js:44

    SyntaxError: Block-scoped declarations (let, const, function, class) not yet supported outside strict mode
