feat(research): 新增子赛题四 Python 科研算法层 (S1-S6)
Go 出数据 + Python 做算法：collect.py/gitlink_data.py 封装 gitlink-cli 数据采集；lineage(S1)/graph_build(S2)/repro(S3)/match(S4)/report(S5)/visual(S6) 实现六个科研场景的可复现算法；含 topics 词典与 7 个测试文件 ~111 用例。
