Geert Uytterhoeven 69961c3752 [PATCH] m68k/Atari: Interrupt updates 
Misc Atari fixes:
  - initialize correct number of atari irqs
  - silence vbl interrupt until it's used by atafb
  - use mdelay() to read clock if necessary
