Vivek Gautam 99356b03b4 soc: qcom: Make llcc-qcom a generic driver ... This makes way for adding future llcc versions. Also pull out the llcc-qcom specific definitions from includes. Includes path now contains the only definitions that are to be exposed to other subsystems.
