Trond Myklebust 2bd615797e SUNRPC: Ensure that SIGKILL will always terminate a synchronous RPC call. ... ...and make sure that the "intr" flag also enables SIGHUP and SIGTERM to interrupt RPC calls too (as per the Solaris implementation).
