Yongliang Gao 3e1a5bcc39 bnxt_en: update driver from linux-5.4.290 
The bnxt_en driver introduced an issue with uninitialized struct members
due to a previous merge operation. Consider updating the entire directory
with the driver from the linux-5.4.290.

By the way, this driver source code is not compiled by default. In fact,
we compile driver from drivers/thirdparty/bnxt.
