Fix an allmodconfig compilation failer on microblaze due to big endian
architectures being apparently unsupported by the NetJet code:

Modify the relevant Kconfig such that the NetJet code is not built on
microblaze anymore.
Note that endianess on microblaze is not determined through Kconfig,
but by means of a compiler provided CPP macro, namely __MICROBLAZEEL__.
However, gcc defaults to big endianess on that platform.

In big endian cases, macro cpu_to_le16 unfolds to __swab16 which
provides special case for constants. In little endian cases,
__constant_cpu_to_le16 and cpu_to_le16 expand directly to the
same expression. So, replace __constant_cpu_to_le16 with
cpu_to_le16 with the goal of getting rid of the definition of
__constant_cpu_to_le16 completely.
The semantic patch that performs this transformation is as follows:

Replace a misspelled function name by %s and then __func__.
In the first case, the print is just dropped, because kmalloc itself does
enough error reporting.
This was done using Coccinelle, including the use of Levenshtein distance,
as proposed by Rasmus Villemoes.

The state machine code in the elsa driver uses interruptible_sleep_on
to wait for state changes, which is racy. A closer look at the possible
states reveals that it is always used to wait for getting back into
ARCOFI_NOP, so we can use wait_event_interruptible instead.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

Hub-initiated LPM is not good for USB communications devices. Comms
devices should be able to tell when their link can go into a lower power
state, because they know when an incoming transmission is finished.
Ideally, these devices would slam their links into a lower power state,
using the device-initiated LPM, after finishing the last packet of their
data transfer.
If we enable the idle timeouts for the parent hubs to enable
hub-initiated LPM, we will get a lot of useless LPM packets on the bus
as the devices reject LPM transitions when they're in the middle of
receiving data. Worse, some devices might blindly accept the
hub-initiated LPM and power down their radios while they're in the
middle of receiving a transmission.
The Intel Windows folks are disabling hub-initiated LPM for all USB
communications devices under a xHCI USB 3.0 host. In order to keep
the Linux behavior as close as possible to Windows, we need to do the
same in Linux.
Set the disable_hub_initiated_lpm flag for for all USB communications
drivers. I know there aren't currently any USB 3.0 devices that
implement these class specifications, but we should be ready if they do.

The file st5481_init.c locally defines and initializes the adapter_list
variable, but does not use it for anything. Removing the list makes it
possible to remove the list field from the st5481_adapter data structure.
In the function probe_st5481, it also makes it possible to free the locally
allocated adapter value on an error exit.

The variable 'cda2_cr' is set but unused in ctrl_complete(). Just
kill it off.
Keep the cs->readisac() call just in case the register read has side
effects.
