ASan reports some memory leaks when running:
# perf test "42: BPF filter"
This second leak is caused by a strlist not being dellocated on error
inside probe_file__del_events.
This patch adds a goto label before the deallocation and makes the error
path jump to it.

Report permission error for the tracefs open and rewrite whole the error
message code around it.
You'll see a hint according to what you want to do with perf probe as
below.
$ perf probe -l
No permission to read tracefs.
Please try 'sudo mount -o remount,mode=755 /sys/kernel/tracing/'
Error: Failed to show event list.
$ perf probe -d \*
No permission to write tracefs.
Please run this command again with sudo.
Error: Failed to delete events.
This also fixes -ENOTSUP checking for mounting tracefs/debugfs.
Actually open returns -ENOENT in that case and we have to check it with
current mount point list. If we unmount debugfs and tracefs perf probe
shows correct message as below.
$ perf probe -l
Debugfs or tracefs is not mounted
Please try 'sudo mount -t tracefs nodev /sys/kernel/tracing/'
Error: Failed to show event list.

Arm64 ELF section '.note.stapsdt' uses string format "-4@[sp, NUM]" if
the probe is to access data in stack, e.g. below is an example for
dumping Arm64 ELF file and shows the argument format:
Arguments: -4@[sp, 12] -4@[sp, 8] -4@[sp, 4]
Comparing against other archs' argument format, Arm64's argument
introduces an extra space character in the middle of square brackets,
due to argv_split() uses space as splitter, the argument is wrongly
divided into two items.
To support Arm64 SDT, this patch fixes up for this case, if any item
contains sub string "[sp", concatenates the two continuous items. And
adds the detailed explaination in comment.

Support multiprobe event if the event is based on function and lines and
kernel supports it. In this case, perf probe creates the first probe
with an event, and tries to append following probes on that event, since
those probes must be on the same source code line.
Before this patch;
# perf probe -a vfs_read:18
Added new events:
probe:vfs_read_L18 (on vfs_read:18)
probe:vfs_read_L18_1 (on vfs_read:18)
You can now use it in all perf tools, such as:
perf record -e probe:vfs_read_L18_1 -aR sleep 1
#
After this patch (on multiprobe supported kernel)
# perf probe -a vfs_read:18
Added new events:
probe:vfs_read_L18 (on vfs_read:18)
probe:vfs_read_L18 (on vfs_read:18)
You can now use it in all perf tools, such as:
perf record -e probe:vfs_read_L18 -aR sleep 1

Add user memory access attribute for kprobe event arguments.
If a given 'local variable' is in user-space, User can
specify memory access method by '@user' suffix. This is
not only for string but also for data structure.
If we access a field of data structure in user memory from
kernel on some arch, it will fail. e.g.
perf probe -a "sched_setscheduler param->sched_priority"
This will fail to access the "param->sched_priority" because
the param is __user pointer. Instead, we can now specify
@user suffix for such argument.
perf probe -a "sched_setscheduler param->sched_priority@user"
Note that kernel memory access with "@user" must always fail
on any arch.

The strncpy() function may leave the destination string buffer
unterminated, better use strlcpy() that we have a __weak fallback
implementation for systems without it.
In this case the 'target' buffer is coming from a list of build-ids that
are expected to have a len of at most (SBUILD_ID_SIZE - 1) chars, so
probably we're safe, but since we're using strncpy() here, use strlcpy()
instead to provide the intended safety checking without the using the
problematic strncpy() function.
This fixes this warning on an Alpine Linux Edge system with gcc 8.2:
util/probe-file.c: In function 'probe_cache__open.isra.5':
util/probe-file.c:427:3: error: 'strncpy' specified bound 41 equals destination size [-Werror=stringop-truncation]

An sdt probe can be associated with arguments but they were not passed
to the user probe tracing interface (uprobe_events); this patch adapts
the sdt argument descriptors according to the uprobe input format.
As the uprobe parser does not support scaled address mode, perf will
skip arguments which cannot be adapted to the uprobe format.
Here are the results:

There are many SDT markers in powerpc whose uprobe definition goes
beyond current MAX_CMDLEN, especially when target filename is long and
sdt marker has long list of arguments. For example, definition of sdt

That is not present on some libelf implementations, such as the one used
in Alpine Linux: libelf-0.8.13.
This ends up disabling the SDT code, that relies on this function.
One alternative would be to provide an weak fallback implementation or
the open coded variant used by the buildid sysfs notes reading code.

The tools so far have been using the strerror_r() GNU variant, that
returns a string, be it the buffer passed or something else.
But that, besides being tricky in cases where we expect that the
function using strerror_r() returns the error formatted in a provided
buffer (we have to check if it returned something else and copy that
instead), breaks the build on systems not using glibc, like Alpine
Linux, where musl libc is used.
So, introduce yet another wrapper, str_error_r(), that has the GNU
interface, but uses the portable XSI variant of strerror_r(), so that
users rest asured that the provided buffer is used and it is what is
returned.

'perf probe --del' removes caches when '--cache' is given. Note that
the delete pattern is not the same as for normal events.
If you cached probes with event name, --del "eventname" works as
expected. However, if you skipped it, the cached probes doesn't have
actual event name. In that case --del "probe-desc" is required (wildcard
is acceptable). For example a cache entry has the probe-desc "vfs_read
$params", you can remove it with --del 'vfs_read*'.

Introduce perf_cache object and interfaces to create, add entries,
commit, and delete the object.
perf_cache represents a file for the cached "perf probe" definitions on
one binary file or vmlinux which has its own build id. The probe cache
file is located under the build-id cache directory of the target binary,
as below;
<perf-debug-dir>/.build-id/<BU>/<ILDID>/probe
