These are cleanups and smaller changes that either depend on earlier
feature branches or came in late during the development cycle.
We normally try to get all cleanups early, so these are the exceptions:
- A follow-up on the clocksource reworks, hopefully the last time
we need to merge clocksource subsystem changes through arm-soc.
A first set of patches was part of the original 3.10 arm-soc cleanup
series because of interdependencies with timer drivers now moved out
of arch/arm.
- Migrating the SPEAr13xx platform away from using auxdata for DMA
channel descriptions towards using information in device tree,
based on the earlier SPEAr multiplatform series
- A few follow-ups on the Atmel SAMA5 support and other changes
for Atmel at91 based on the larger at91 reworks.
- Moving the armada irqchip implementation to drivers/irqchip
- Several OMAP cleanups following up on the larger series already
merged in 3.10.

Device-tree updates for 3.10. The bulk of the churn in this branch is due
to i.MX moving from C-defined pin control over to device tree, which is
a one-time conversion that will allow greater flexibility down the road.
Besides that, there's PCI-e bindings for Marvell mvebu platforms and a
handful of cleanups to tegra due to the new include file functionality
of the device tree compiler.

Fix the use of USART on both at91sam9x5 and at91sam9n12. In DTS, the
atmel,use-dma-[rx|tx] property is present but a DMA channel cannot be used.
Indeed the connexion between the DMA engine and the slave is not implemented
yet in Device Tree.
Note however that this property is also used for PDC (private DMA) on older
SoCs. This is why the driver alone cannot determine the validity of this
property.

This update contains overall only driver-specific fixes.
Slightly large LOC are seen in usb-audio driver for a couple of new
device quirks and cs42l71 ASoC driver for enhanced features.
The others are a few small (regression) fixes HD-audio, and yet other
small / trival ASoC fixes.

Fix up trivial conflicts. And go out on a limb and assume the dts file
'status' field of one of the conflicting things was supposed to be
"disabled", not "disable" like in pretty much all other cases.

These were incorrectly introduced and can cause problems for of_irq_init.

Because of the inclusion of skeleton.dtsi, the memory node is
named "memory" we where not modifying the already included one
