Thomas Gleixner ec8f24b7fa treewide: Add SPDX license identifier - Makefile/Kconfig 
Add SPDX license identifiers to all Make/Kconfig files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

Geert Uytterhoeven fe89168c40 soc: zte: Restrict SOC_ZTE to ARCH_ZX or COMPILE_TEST 
The ZTE SoC drivers are only useful when building for a ZTE ZX platform.

Baoyou Xie 4c2c2e3971 soc: zte: pm_domains: Prepare for supporting ARMv8 zx2967 family 
The ARMv8 zx2967 family (296718, 296716 etc) uses different value
for controlling the power domain on/off registers, Choose the
value depending on the compatible.

Multiple domains are prepared for the family, this patch prepares
the common functions.
