This commit removes two things:
- The platform_device that corresponds to the RTC driver, since we now
probe this driver from devicetree;
- The platform power-off code, since all the jz4740-based platforms are
now using the jz4740-rtc driver as the system power controller.

Replace uses of the jz4740_clock_bdata struct with calls to clk_get_rate
for the appropriate clock. This is in preparation for migrating the
clocks towards common clock framework & devicetree.

In hibernation mode only the wakeup logic and the RTC are left running,
so this is what users perceive as power down.
If the counters are not initialized, the corresponding pin (typically
connected to the power button) has to be asserted for two seconds
before the device wakes up. Most users expect a shorter wakeup time.
I took the timing values of 100 ms and 60 ms from BouKiCHi's patch for
the Dingoo A320 kernel.
