Zhigang Lu f419e6f63c tile: define a macro ktext_writable_addr to get writable kernel text address 
It is used by kgdb, ftrace, kprobe and jump label, so we factor
this out into a helper routine.

Joe Perches f47436734d tile: Use the more common pr_warn instead of pr_warning 
And other message logging neatening.

Other miscellanea:

o coalesce formats
o realign arguments
o standardize a couple of macros
o use __func__ instead of embedding the function name
