The platforms selecting NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H defined the start address of
their physical memory in the respective <mach/memory.h>. With
ARM_PATCH_PHYS_VIRT=y (which is quite common today) this is useless
though because the definition isn't used but determined dynamically.
So remove the definitions from all <mach/memory.h> and provide the
Kconfig symbol PHYS_OFFSET with the respective defaults in case
ARM_PATCH_PHYS_VIRT isn't enabled.
This allows to drop the dependency of PHYS_OFFSET on !NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H
which prevents compiling an integrator nommu-kernel.
(CONFIG_PAGE_OFFSET which has "default PHYS_OFFSET if !MMU" expanded to
"0x" because CONFIG_PHYS_OFFSET doesn't exist as INTEGRATOR selects
NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H.)

Due to a problem in the MFD Kconfig it was not possible to
compile the UCB battery driver for the Collie SA1100 system,
in turn making it impossible to compile in the battery driver.
(See patch "mfd: include all drivers in subsystem menu".)
After fixing the MFD Kconfig (separate patch) a compile error
appears in the Collie battery driver due to the <mach/collie.h>
implicitly requiring <mach/hardware.h> through <linux/gpio.h>
via <mach/gpio.h> prior to commit
40ca061b "ARM: 7841/1: sa1100: remove complex GPIO interface".
Fix this up by including the required header into
<mach/collie.h>.

While <mach/timex.h> isn't used for multi-platform builds since long it
still is for "normal" builds. As the previous patches fix all sites to
not make use of this per-platform file, it can go now for good also for
platforms that are not (yet) converted to multi-platform.
While at it there are no users of CLOCK_TICK_RATE any more, so also drop
the dummy #define.

The codec reset pin is connected to several peripherals. When the
reset is released, unfortunately the ADV7171 powers itself up rather
than remaining in power-down mode. As we don't have a driver for
this device, we end up needlessly consuming an additional 330mW.
Not only that but we should have a way to arbitrate the reset signal.
This patch provides that facility: we program the ADV7171 to sleep
mode whenever the reset is released, and we release the reset when
any one of the three peripherals requests the reset to be released.

The SA1100 was implementing its own variants of gpio_get_value()
and gpio_set_value() and only selectively falling back to
gpiolib for extended (EGPIO) handling. However the driver in
gpio/gpio-sa1100.c already handles the same functionality for
these lines, yet remain unused.
The only upside would be things like a timing-critical hotpath
on bit-banged GPIO, but that kind of things does not seem to
happen on these GPIOs, so it is not worth having the extra
complexity.
Tested with some buttons on the Compaq iPAQ H3630.

got rid of all instances but one in locomolcd.c -- which was
conditional on CONFIG_SA1100_COLLIE. The associated .power
field which replaces the global is populated in mach-sa1100/collie.c
so move the assignment there, but make it conditional on the
locomolcd support, so use CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_LOCOMO in that file.

Move the board specific neponset register definitions to the board

Implement the necessary allocation/freeing functionality to support
sparse IRQs with the Neponset device. On non-sparse IRQ platforms,
this allows us to dynamically allocate from within the available IRQ
number space.

This change is wrong on many levels. First and foremost, it causes a
regression. On boot on Assabet, which this patch gives a codec id of
'ucb1x00', it gives:
ucb1x00 ID not found: 1005
0x1005 is a valid ID for the UCB1300 device.
Secondly, this patch is way over the top in terms of complexity. The
only device which has been seen to be connected with this MCP code is
the UCB1x00 (UCB1200, UCB1300 etc) devices, and they all use the same
driver. Adding a match table, requiring the codec string to match the
hardware ID read out of the ID register, etc is completely over the top
when we can just read the hardware ID register.
