Noticed when setting SSP0 in clk_set_rate, _CLK_SET_RATE attempts to
reset the clock divider for the SSP0 parent clock, in this case
IO0FRAC. Bits 24-29 of HW_CLKCTRL_FRAC0 are cleared correctly, but
when the new frac value is written the value isn't shifted up to write
the correct bit-field. This results in IO0FRAC being set to 0 and
CPUFRAC being corrupted.
This should occur when writing IO1FRAC, EMIFRAC in HW_CLKCTRL_FRAC0
and GPMIFRAC, HSADCFRAC in HW_CLKCTRL_FRAC1.
Tested on custom i.MX28 board with SSP0 SPI driver.

Boards used to specify zreladdr in their Makefile.boot with
zreladdr-y := x, so conflicting zreladdrs were silently overwritten.
This patch changes this to zreladdr-y += x, so that we end
up with multiple words in zreladdr in such a case. We can
detect this later and complain if necessary.

Some platforms (like OMAP not to name it) are doing rather complicated
hacks just to determine the base UART address to use. Let's give their
addruart macro some slack by providing an extra work register which will
allow for much needed cleanups.
This is basically a no-op as this commit is only adding the extra argument
to the macro but no one is using it yet.

Rather than marking the mach/gpio.h header files which want to use the
trivial GPIOLIB implementation, mark those which do not want to use it
instead. This means that by default, you get the trivial implementation
and only have to do something extra if you need to. This should
encourage the use of the trivial default implementation.
As an additional bonus, several gpio.h header files become empty.

Remove linux/mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h -- it's unused (I've checked manually).
To prevent mm.h inclusion via other channels also extract "enum dma_data_direction"
definition into separate header. This tiny piece is what gluing netdevice.h with mm.h
via "netdevice.h => dmaengine.h => dma-mapping.h => scatterlist.h => mm.h".
Removal of mm.h from scatterlist.h was tried and was found not feasible
on most archs, so the link was cutoff earlier.
Hope people are OK with tiny include file.

STMP378x and MX23 are the same and just relabeled. There is a
mach-stmp378x, however, it has a lot of reinvented interfaces, leaking
all sorts of mach-specific functions into the drivers. One example is
the dmaengine which does not use the linux dmaengine-API but some
privately exported symbols. This makes generic use of the drivers
impossible. mach-mxs does it better, so convert the board to mach-mxs.

For the lcdif clock get_rate looks as follows:
read div from HW_CLKCTRL_DIS_LCDIF.DIV
return clk_get_rate(clk->parent) / div
with clk->parent being ref_pix_clk on my system.
ref_pix_clk's rate depends on HW_CLKCTRL_FRAC1.PIXFRAC.
The set_rate function for lcdif does:
parent_rate = clk_get_rate(clk->parent);
based on that calculate frac and div such that
parent_rate * 18 / frac / div is near the requested rate.
HW_CLKCTRL_FRAC1.PIXFRAC is updated with frac
HW_CLKCTRL_DIS_LCDIF.DIV is updated with div
For this calculation to be correct parent_rate needs to be
initialized not with the clock rate of lcdif's parent (i.e. ref_pix) but
that of its grandparent (i.e. ref_pix' parent == pll0_clk).
The obvious downside of this patch is that now set_rate(lcdif) changes
its parent's rate, too. Still this is better than a wrong rate.

changes since v1:
- Add a LCDC_ prefix to the register names.
- use set/clear registers where appropriate
- protect call to mxsfb_disable_controller() in mxsfb_remove()
with a (host->enabled) as suggested by Lothar Wassmann

This patch adds dma support for Freescale MXS-based SoC i.MX23/28,
including apbh-dma and apbx-dma.
* apbh-dma and apbx-dma are supported in the driver as two mxs-dma
instances.
* apbh-dma is different between mx23 and mx28, hardware version
register is used to differentiate.
* mxs-dma supports pio function besides data transfer. The driver
uses dma_data_direction DMA_NONE to identify the pio mode, and
steals sgl and sg_len to get pio words and numbers from clients.
* mxs dmaengine has some very specific features, like sense function
and the special NAND support (nand_lock, nand_wait4ready). These
are too specific to implemented in generic dmaengine driver.
* The driver refers to imx-sdma and only a single descriptor is
statically assigned to each channel.

i.MX23 Reference Manaul starts auart index from 1 than 0. Changing
the index to start from 0 requires corresponding changes on base
address, irq, and iomux definitions, and will probably confuse people
who reads codes and hardware documents together.
This patch introduced the field 'hwid' to distinguish the driver id
and controller id. These two ids are different on mx23 while
identical on mx28.

i.MX23 Reference Manual names auart irq differently from i.MX28.
This patch is to align the naming with mx28, so that some device
registration codes can be shared.

There are 2 versions of the timrot on Freescale MXS-based SoCs.
The v1 on MX23 only gets 16 bits counter, while v2 on MX28
extends the counter to 32 bits.
The implementation uses two timers, one for clock_event and
another for clocksource. MX28 uses timrot 0 and 1, while MX23
uses 0 and 2.
