i.MX27 SoC include a codadx6 codec that is able to encode
and decode H.264, H.263 and MPEG4.

Prior to the new i.mx clock conversion the mx27 silicon version was printed at boot.
Reenable this feature.

As the timer code now does a clk_get to get its clock we don't
need the struct clk argument anymore.
This also changes the alternative EPIT timer to do a clk_get.
