- Add interface to load SRIOV cap FW. If the FW does not
exist, simply skip this FW loading routine.
This FW will only be loaded under SRIOV. Other driver
configuration will not be affected.
By adding this interface, it will make us easier to
prepare SRIOV Linux guest driver for different users.
- Update sysfs interface to read cap FW version.
- Refactor PSP FW loading routine under SRIOV to use a
unified SWITCH statement instead of using IF statement
- Remove redundant amdgpu_sriov_vf() check in FW loading
routine

Guest VM issue the PSP clear_vf_fw command at 2 points:
1.On VF driver loading, after VF message PSP to setup rings,
the next command is “clear_vf_fw”
2.On VF driver unload before VF message to
destroy rings

Previously there is no VCN1 type ID in psp gfx interface. Also add VCN ip
block type unless the reinit after FLR for sriov would fail.

Page faults can easily overwhelm the interrupt handler.
So to make sure that we never lose valuable interrupts on the primary ring
we re-route page faults to IH ring 1.

PSP only support VMR ring for SRIOV vf since v45 and all commands will
be send to VMR ring for executing.
VMR ring use C2PMSG 101 ~ 103 instead of C2PMSG 64 ~ 71.
