Drop the FSF's postal address from the source code files that typically
contain mostly the license text. Of the 628 removed instances, 578 are
outdated.

worse, we lock ->resource_lock too late when we are destroying the
final clonal VMA; the check for lack of other mappings of the same
opened file can race with mmap().

Rename all PCI drivers with their own directory under
drivers/media/video into drivers/media/pci and update the
building system.
