The intent here was to test if the FE_HAS_LOCK was set. The current
test is equivalent to "if (status) { ..."

Now that this field is deprecated, and core generates it for
DVBv3 calls, remove it from the drivers.
It also adds .delsys on the few drivers where this were missed.

As all parameters are passed via DVBv5 to the frontends, there's
no need to pass them again via fops. Also, most drivers weren't using
it anyway. So, instead, just pass a parameter to indicate if the
hardware algorithm wants the driver to re-tune or not.

Instead of using dvb_frontend_parameters struct, that were
designed for a subset of the supported standards, use the DVBv5
cache information.
Also, fill the supported delivery systems at dvb_frontend_ops
struct.

Passing DVBv3 parameters to set_frontend is not fun, as the
core doesn't have any way to know if the driver is using the
v3 or v5 parameters. So, rename the callback and add a new
one to allow distinguish between a mixed v3/v5 paramenter call
from a pure v5 call.
After having all frontends to use the new way, the legacy
call can be removed.

Decrease firmware loading time. Before it is ~4000 i2c calls,
now it is ~256 i2c calls to load ds3000 firmware.

Fix a divide-by-zero error in ds3000's ds3000_read_snr(), when getting
a very low signal reading (dvbs2_signal_reading >= 1). This prevents
some nasty EIPs when running szap-s2 with a very low signal strength.

The new hardware design applied for this cards.
Silicon Labs C8051F300 microcontroller is used for LNB power control.
It connected to cx23885 GPIO pins:
GPIO0 - P0.3 data
GPIO1 - P0.2 reset
GPIO2 - P0.1 clk
GPIO3 - P0.0 busy
Tevii S470 based on Montage Technology M88TS2020 digital satellite tuner
and M88DS3000 advanced DVB-S/S2 demodulator.
