Markus Elfring 944ed452eb rtc: remove unnecessary error message after platform_get_irq 
The function “platform_get_irq” can log an error already.
Thus omit redundant messages for the exception handling in the
calling functions.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

Alexandre Belloni 22652ba724 rtc: stop validating rtc_time in .read_time 
The RTC core is always calling rtc_valid_tm after the read_time callback.
It is not necessary to call it just before returning from the callback.

Joachim Eastwood c28b42e3ae rtc: add rtc-lpc24xx driver 
Add driver for the RTC found on NXP LPC178x/18xx/408x/43xx devices.
The RTC provides calendar and clock functionality together with
alarm interrupt support.
