This patch adds autobrightness (so that it can
be turned off to make the already present brightness
control work) and light frequency filtering controls.
The lightfreq control needed 2 different entries
in the ctrls array, as the number of options differs
depending on the sensor. Always one of the 2 entires is
disabled ofcourse.

Add support to the SQ-905 driver to pass back to user space the
sensor orientation information obtained from the camera during init.
Modifies gspca and the videodev2.h header to create the necessary
API.

The code in the new sq905c.c is based upon the structure of the code in
gspca/sq905.c, and upon the code in libgphoto2/camlibs/digigr8, which supports
the same set of cameras in stillcam mode. I am a co-author of gspca/sq905.c and
I am the sole author of libgphoto2/camlibs/digigr8, which is licensed under the

This addition to the v4l2-api add definitions for the constants and
data structures used for sliced VBI data insertion into MPEG streams triggered
by V4L2_MPEG_STREAM_VBI_FMT_IVTV. This simply declares what the ivtv and
cx18 drivers and MythTV have already been doing and provides a proper data
structure definition to user space.

Since the i2c driver ID will be removed in the near future we have to
modify the v4l2 debugging API to use the driver name instead of driver ID.
Note that this API is not used in applications other than v4l2-dbg.cpp
as it is for debugging and testing only.
Should anyone use the old VIDIOC_G_CHIP_IDENT, then this will be logged
with a warning that it is deprecated and will be removed in 2.6.30.

This patch adds support for NV16 and NV61 pixel formats.
These pixel formats use two planes; one for 8-bit Y values and
one for interleaved 8-bit U and V values. NV16/NV61 formats are
very similar to NV12/NV21 with the exception that NV16/NV61 are
using the same number of lines for both planes. The difference
between NV16 and NV61 is the U and V byte order.
The fourcc values are extrapolated from the NV12/NV21 case.

This patch adds a V4L2_CAP_SENSOR_UPSIDE_DOWN flag to the capabilities flags,
and sets this flag for the Philips SPC200NC cam (which has its sensor installed
upside down). The same flag is also needed and added for the Philips SPC300NC.
Together with a patch to libv4l which adds flipping the image in software this
fixes the upside down display with the SPC200NC cam.

The exported copy of videodev2.h contains this line:
#define #include <sys/time.h>
This is because for some reason it defines __user for itself -- despite
the fact that we remove all instances of __user when exporting headers.
_All_ pointers in userspace are user pointers. Fix it by removing the
unnecessary '#define __user' from the file.
The new headers ivtv.h and ivtvfb.h would have the same problem... if
whoever put them there had actually remembered to add them to the Kbuild
file while he was at it. Fix those too, and export them as was
presumably intended.
Note that includes of <linux/compiler.h> are also stripped by the header
export process, so those don't need to be conditional.

But there was no warning in Documentation/feature-removal-schedule.txt
and I'm receiving reports that it's breaking userspace apps (the
gstreamer-v4l2 plugin breaks in Fedora rawhide). You can't just pull
things from the published userspace API like that.
Please can we revert the addition of _DEPRECATED to these ioctl
definitions. Perhaps we can add a runtime warning if they actually get
used? Or a compile-time warning if we can manage that?
