Arnd Bergmann 5d3e11c478 ARM: mmp: fix pxa168_device_usb_phy use on aspenite
This one ended up in the wrong header file, causing a build failure
on at least one platform:

arch/arm/mach-mmp/aspenite.c: In function 'common_init':
arch/arm/mach-mmp/aspenite.c:260:28: error: 'pxa168_device_usb_phy' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'pxa168_device_ssp5'?

We can just include both the pxa168.h and pxa910.h headers to make
that work, which gets us to the next failure:

arch/arm/mach-mmp/aspenite.o: In function `common_init':
aspenite.c:(.init.text+0x1c0): undefined reference to `pxa168_device_usb_phy'

This is solved by using the matching ifdef check around the
USB device registration, enabling them only when either USB
host or gadget mode are enabled.

Miquel Raynal 7576594c8e mtd: nand: remove useless fields from pxa3xx NAND platform data
The "enable arbiter" bit is available only for pxa3xx based platforms
but it was experimentally shown that even if this bit is reserved,
some Marvell platforms (64-bit) actually need it to be set. The driver
always set this bit regardless of this property, which is harmless.
Then this property is not needed.

The "num_cs" field is always 1 and for a good reason, the old driver
(pxa3xx_nand.c) could only handle one. The new driver that replaces it
(marvell_nand.c) can handle more, but better use device tree for such
description. As there is only one available chip select, there is no
need for an array of partitions neither an array of partition numbers.

Boris Brezillon d4092d76a4 mtd: nand: Rename nand.h into rawnand.h
We are planning to share more code between different NAND based
devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that
we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into
include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header
containing all common structure and function prototypes.

Arnd Bergmann 3524080826 ARM: mmp: allow platform devices with modular USB
The USB host drivers need platform data to be defined on
pxa168 and pxa910, but the conditionals used in the devices.c
file only work if the drivers are built-in. This patch
fixes the definition by changing the #ifdef to #if IS_ENABLED(),
which works both for built-in and modular Kconfig symbols.

I found one specific problem using 'randconfig' builds, but
for consistency, this patch uses IS_ENABLED() for all Kconfig
symbols in these three files.

Stephen Warren 6bb27d7349 ARM: delete struct sys_timer
Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Nicolas Pitre 6451d7783b arm: remove machine_desc.io_pg_offst and .phys_io
Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can
remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.

The various declarations were removed using the following script:

  grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \
  sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }'

[ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ]

Eric Miao 49cbe78637 [ARM] pxa: add base support for Marvell's PXA168 processor line
"""The Marvell® PXA168 processor is the first in a family of application
processors targeted at mass market opportunities in computing and consumer
devices. It balances high computing and multimedia performance with low
power consumption to support extended battery life, and includes a wealth
of integrated peripherals to reduce overall BOM cost .... """

See http://www.marvell.com/featured/pxa168.jsp for more information.

  1. Marvell Mohawk core is a hybrid of xscale3 and its own ARM core,
there are many enhancements like instructions for flushing the
     whole D-cache, and so on

  2. Clock reuses Russell's common clkdev, and added the basic support
     for UART1/2.

  3. Devices are a bit different from the 'mach-pxa' way, the platform
devices are now dynamically allocated only when necessary (i.e.
when pxa_register_device() is called). Description for each device
are stored in an array of 'struct pxa_device_desc'. Now that:

     a. this array of device description is marked with __initdata and
can be freed up system is fully up

     b. which means board code has to add all needed devices early in
        his initializing function

     c. platform specific data can now be marked as __initdata since
they are allocated and copied by platform_device_add_data()

  4. only the basic UART1/2/3 are added, more devices will come later.
