Alexander A. Klimov 4f4ed4543e mfd: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones
Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
            If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
            return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

Gustavo A. R. Silva a0c8498c07 mfd: omap-usb-tll: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array member
The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

struct foo {
        int stuff;
        struct boo array[];
};

By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.

Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:

"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]

This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

Masahiro Yamada 4c11edfcf7 Remove MODULE_ALIAS() calls that take undefined macro
These files do not define (USBHS_)DRIVER_NAME. Yet, they can be
successfully compiled because they are never built as a module by
anyone, i.e, the MODULE_ALIAS() calls are always no-op.

A problem showed up when a patch "moduleparam: Save information about
built-in modules in separate file" was applied. With this new feature,
MODULE_*() will be populated even if the callers are built-in.

To avoid the build errors, the lines referencing to the undefined
macro must be removed.

The complete fix is to remove all MODULE_* and #include <linux/module.h>
like many "make ... explicitly non-modular" commits did.

For now, I am touching only the offending lines.

Arnd Bergmann 993dc737c0 mfd: omap-usb-tll: Fix register offsets
gcc-8 notices that the register number calculation is wrong
when the offset is an 'u8' but the number is larger than 256:

drivers/mfd/omap-usb-tll.c: In function 'omap_tll_init':
drivers/mfd/omap-usb-tll.c:90:46: error: overflow in conversion from 'int' to 'u8 {aka unsigned char}' chages value from 'i * 256 + 2070' to '22' [-Werror=overflow]

This addresses it by always using a 32-bit offset number for
the register. This is apparently an old problem that previous
compilers did not find.

Commit 16fa3dc75c ("mfd: omap-usb-tll: HOST TLL platform driver")
added support for USB TLL, but uses OMAP_TLL_CHANNEL_CONF_ULPINOBITSTUFF

use of OMAP_TLL_CHANNEL_CONF_ULPINOBITSTUFF causes the register to be
enabled instead of disabled unlike what the comments say.

It makes sense to use a for loop to manage these clocks as OMAPs
can come with up to 3 channels.

Dynamically allocate and get channel clocks depending on the
number of clocks avaiable on the platform.

Let's have a single platform data structure for the OMAP's High-Speed
USB host subsystem instead of having 3 separate ones i.e. one for
board data, one for USB Host (UHH) module and one for USB-TLL module.

This makes the code much simpler and avoids creating multiple copies of
platform data.
