Christoph Hellwig	2ef0342530	PNP: remove the now unused pnp_find_card() function ... All user of the pnp_find_card() compat wrapper are gone, so remove the function as well. There are lots of documents that belong to the admin-guide but are on random places (most under Documentation root dir). Move them to the admin guide.
