Bartosz Golaszewski fb9e7f0bba ARM: davinci: dm646x: set the GPIO base to 0
Commit 587f7a694f ("gpio: davinci: Use dev name for label and
automatic base selection") broke the GPIO support on DaVinci boards
in legacy mode by allowing gpiolib to set the GPIO base automatically.

DaVinci board files use the legacy GPIO API with hard-coded GPIO line
numbers. Use the new fields in struct davinci_gpio_platform_data to
manually set the GPIO base to 0.

Bartosz Golaszewski 2c9c83491f ARM: davinci: dm646x: define gpio interrupts as separate resources
Since commit eb3744a2dd ("gpio: davinci: Do not assume continuous
IRQ numbering") the davinci GPIO driver fails to probe if we boot
in legacy mode from any of the board files. Since the driver now
expects every interrupt to be defined as a separate resource, split
the definition of IRQ resources instead of having a single continuous
interrupt range.

This adds the new board-specific clock init in mach-davinci/dm646x.c

David Lechner a7da5277cd ARM: davinci: pass clock as parameter to davinci_timer_init()
This changes davinci_timer_init() so that we pass the clock as a
parameter instead of using clk_get(). This is done in preparation
for converting to the common clock framework.

It removes the requirement that we have to have a clock with con_id
of "timer0", which will be good for DT bindings since clock-names =
"timer0" doesn't really make sense.

Also, drop use of extern in header file since we are touching the
definition.

Sekhar Nori 73d4337ed9 ARM: davinci: dm646x: fix timer interrupt generation
commit b38434145b ("ARM: davinci: irqs: Correct McASP1 TX interrupt
definition for DM646x") inadvertently removed priority setting for
timer0_12 (bottom half of timer0). This timer is used as clockevent.

When INTPRIn register setting for an interrupt is left at 0, it is
mapped to FIQ by the AINTC causing the timer interrupt to not get
generated.

Fix it by including an entry for timer0_12 in interrupt priority map
array. While at it, move the clockevent comment to the right place.

David Lechner 96c081735d ARM: davinci: move davinci_clk_init() to init_time
This moves the call of davinci_clk_init() from map_io to init_time for all
boards.

This is the proper place to init clocks. This is also done in preparation
for moving to the common clock framework.

dm646x is a special case because we need to handle different ref_clk rates
depending on which board is being used. The clock init in this case is
modified to set the rate before registering the clocks instead of using
davinci_set_refclk_rate() to recalculate the entire clock tree after all
of the clocks are registered.

Also, the cpu_clks field is removed from struct davinci_soc_info since it
is no longer needed.

Hebbar, Gururaja 896f66b7de ASoC/ARM: Davinci: McASP: split asp header into platform and audio specific
Davinci McASP header & driver are shared by few OMAP platforms (like
TI81xx, AM335x). Splitting asp header into Davinci platform specific
header and Audio specific header helps to share them across platforms.

Audio specific defines is moved to to common
<linux/platform_data/davinci_asp.h> so that the header can be
accessed by all related platforms.

While here, correct the header usage (remove multiple header
re-definitions and unused headers) and remove platform names from
structures comments and enum. Also some some coding style errors.

Manjunath Hadli 5cfb19ac60 ARM: davinci: streamline sysmod access
There are instances of IO_ADDRESS() being used for system module
(sysmod) register access. Eliminate this in favor of a ioremap()
based access. ioremap() the entire sysmod address space once during
boot-up and provide a helper macro to access specific register
offsets within the address space.

With this, also eliminate ioremap() of specific sysmodule registers
related to VPIF happening in DM646x EVM code.

While at it, also eliminate some duplicate sysmod register offset macros
defined in code and place offset definitions at one place in davinci.h

Manjunath Hadli 39c6d2d1d7 ARM: davinci: create new common platform header for davinci
Remove individual platform header files for dm365, dm355, dm644x
and dm646x and consolidate it into a single and common
header file davinci.h placed in arch/arm/mach-davinci.

This reduces the pollution in the include/mach and is consistent
with Russell's suggestions as part of his "pet peaves" mail.
(See #4 in: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2011-November/071516.html)

While at it, fix the forward declaration of spi_board_info,
and include the right header file instead.

The further patches in the series take advantage of this consolidation
for easy implementation of IO_ADDRESS elimination.

Manjunath Hadli 3d0914061f ARM: davinci: dm646x: move private definitions to C file
Move register base addresses and offsets used only in dm646x.c
from arch/arm/mach-davinci/include/mach/dm646x.h in to the C
file as these definitions are used only in C file.

This helps reduce code in arch/arm/mach-davinci/include/mach/
which is not really needed by rest of the kernel.

Ido Yariv f23fe857bb ARM: davinci: Explicitly set channel controllers' default queues
Davinci platforms may define a default queue for each channel
controller. If one is not defined, the default queue is set to EVENTQ_1.
However, there's no way to distinguish between an unset default queue to
one that is set to EVENTQ_0, as EVENTQ_0 = 0.

Explicitly specify the default queue for all channel controllers on all
Davinci platforms to EVENTQ_1, and don't overwrite it in the EDMA probe
function.

One exception is the DA850 board, for which EVENTQ_1 is not a valid
option for its second channel controller. Use EVENTQ_0 instead for that
channel controller.

Sekhar Nori 56e580d778 davinci: dm6467/T EVM: fix setting up of reference clock rate
The DM6467 and DM6467T EVMs use different reference clock
frequencies. This difference is currently supported by having
the SoC code call a public board routine which sets up the reference
clock frequency. This does not scale as more boards are added.

Instead, use the clk_set_rate() API to setup the reference clock
frequency to a different value from the board file.

Alexey Dobriyan b7f080cfe2 net: remove mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h
Remove linux/mm.h inclusion from netdevice.h -- it's unused (I've checked manually).

To prevent mm.h inclusion via other channels also extract "enum dma_data_direction"
definition into separate header. This tiny piece is what gluing netdevice.h with mm.h
via "netdevice.h => dmaengine.h => dma-mapping.h => scatterlist.h => mm.h".
Removal of mm.h from scatterlist.h was tried and was found not feasible
on most archs, so the link was cutoff earlier.

Hope people are OK with tiny include file.

Note, that mm_types.h is still dragged in, but it is a separate story.
