Russell King ca5da71062 [ARM] pxafb: Remove #if DEBUG, convert DPRINTK to pr_debug
Fix warning:
 drivers/video/pxafb.h:119:5: warning: "DEBUG" is not defined
by removing the whole
 #if DEBUG
 #define DPRINTK(fmt, args...) printk...etc...
 #else
 #define DPRINTK(fmt, args...)
 #endif
stuff - we have pr_debug() for this.

Richard Purdie ba44cd2d8a [PATCH] pxafb: Add hsync time reporting hook
To solve touchscreen interference problems devices like the Sharp Zaurus
SL-C3000 need to know the length of the horitzontal sync pulses. This patch
adds a hook to pxafb so the touchscreen driver can function correctly.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
