piaojun 25b1c72e15 ocfs2: free 'dummy_sc' in sc_fop_release() to prevent memory leak
'sd->dbg_sock' is malloced in sc_common_open(), but not freed at the end
of sc_fop_release().

Peter Zijlstra 2c935bc572 locking/atomic, kref: Add kref_read()
Since we need to change the implementation, stop exposing internals.

Provide kref_read() to read the current reference count; typically
used for debug messages.

Kills two anti-patterns:

	atomic_read(&kref->refcount)
	kref->refcount.counter

Rob Jones f328833848 fs/ocfs2/cluster/netdebug.c: use seq_open_private() not seq_open()
Reduce boilerplate code by using seq_open_private() instead of seq_open()

Note that the code in and using sc_common_open() has been quite
extensively changed. Not least because there was a latent memory leak in
the code as was: if sc_common_open() failed, the previously allocated
buffer was not freed.

Sunil Mushran 3ba169ccec ocfs2/cluster: Add new function o2net_fill_node_map()
Patch adds function o2net_fill_node_map() to return the bitmap of nodes that
it is connected to. This bitmap is also accessible by the user via the debugfs
file, /sys/kernel/debug/o2net/connected_nodes.

Dan Carpenter cc548166b2 ocfs2/cluster: dereferencing before checking in nst_seq_show()
In the original code, we dereferenced "nst" before checking that it was
non-NULL. I moved the check forward and pulled the code in an indent
level.

Eric Dumazet c720c7e838 inet: rename some inet_sock fields
In order to have better cache layouts of struct sock (separate zones
for rx/tx paths), we need this preliminary patch.

Goal is to transfert fields used at lookup time in the first
read-mostly cache line (inside struct sock_common) and move sk_refcnt
to a separate cache line (only written by rx path)

This patch adds inet_ prefix to daddr, rcv_saddr, dport, num, saddr,
sport and id fields. This allows a future patch to define these
fields as macros, like sk_refcnt, without name clashes.

Sunil Mushran 2309e9e040 ocfs2/net: Add debug interface to o2net
This patch exposes o2net information via debugfs. The information includes
the list of sockets (sock_containers) as well as the list of outstanding
messages (send_tracking). Useful for o2dlm debugging.

(This patch is derived from an earlier one written by Zach Brown that
exposed the same information via /proc.)
