Some stations reset the sequence number for traffic-ids (TIDs)
as they initiate a block-ACK session. In order to detect such
behavior, mwifiex must note the starting sequence number given
during the ADDBA request. If the first received sequence number
after the ADDBA falls outside the receive window for this TID but
after the the ADDBA starting sequence number, we can assume that
this AP has reset its sequence number during the ADDBA. In this
case we must adjust the input window backward to incorporate this
received sequence number instead of ignoring it. Otherwise, we
could fail to successfully retrieve an arbitrarily large number
of downstream frames at the beginning of the block-ACK session.

While TDLS link is being setup, few packets from this station to
peer station may be buffered at AP. It may happen that once TDLS
link is setup, packets sent from station to peer on direct link
get delivered before traffic from AP arrives at peer station.
This results into packet reordering issue at peer station.
To avoid this, we hold data packets destined to TDLS peer during

During tear down (e.g. mwifiex_sdio_remove during system suspend),
mwifiex left IRQs enabled for a significant period of time when it was
unable to handle them correctly. This caused interrupt storms and
interfered with the bluetooth interface on the same SDIO card.
Solve this by disabling interrupts at the point when they can no longer
be handled correctly, which is at the start of mwifiex_remove_card().
For cleanliness, we now enable interrupts in the mwifiex_add_card() path,
to be symmetrical with the disabling of interrupts. We also couple the
registration of the sdio IRQ handler with the actual enable/disable of
interrupts at the hardware level.
I also removed a write to this register in mwifiex_init_sdio which seemed
pointless and won't cause any ill effects now that we only register
the SDIO IRQ handler when we are ready to accept interrupts.

After a packet is successfully transmitted, ra list is rotated, so the ra
next to the one transmitted, will be the first in the list. This way we
pick the ra' in a round robin fashion. This significantly simplifies
iteration in mwifiex_wmm_get_highest_priolist_ptr to a call to
list_for_each_entry.

Using NO_PKT_PRIO_TID and tx_pkts_queued to check for an empty
state, can lead to a contradictory state, resulting in an
infinite loop. Currently queueing and dequeuing of packets is
not synchronized, and can happen concurrently. While tx_pkts_queued
is incremented when adding a packet, max prio is set to NO_PKT when
the WMM list is empty. If a packet is added right after the check
for empty, but before setting max prio to NO_PKT, that packet is
trapped and creates an infinite loop.
Because of the new packet, tx_pkts_queued is at least 1, indicating
wmm lists are not empty. Opposing that max prio is NO_PKT, which
means "skip this wmm queue, it has no packets". The infinite loop
results, because the main loop checks the wmm lists for not empty
via tx_pkts_queued, but for dequeing it uses max_prio to see if it
can skip current list. This will never end, unless a new packet is
added which will restore max prio to the level of the trapped packet.
The solution here is to rely on tx_pkts_queued solely for checking
wmm queue to be empty, and drop the NO_PKT define. It does not
address the locking issue.

cmd_pending is increased in mwifiex_wait_queue_complete() and
decreased in mwifiex_complete_cmd() currently.
If there are two or more commands in the cmd_pending_q the main
worker thread will pick up next command from cmd_pending_q
automatically after finishing current command. As a result
mwifiex_wait_queue_complete() will not be called because
the command is alreay completed. This leads to a negative
number in cmd_pending count.
Fix it by increasing cmd_pending when a cmd is queued into
cmd_pending_q and decreasing when that cmd is recycled. For scan
commands we don't perform inc/dec operations until it's moved
from scan_pending_q to cmd_pending_q. This covers both
synchronous and asynchronous commands.

As mwifiex (and mac80211 in the software case) are the
only drivers actually implementing remain-on-channel
with channel type, userspace can't be relying on it.
This is the case, as it's used only for P2P operations
right now.
Rather than adding a flag to tell userspace whether or
not it can actually rely on it, simplify all the code
by removing the ability to use different channel types.
Leave only the validation of the attribute, so that if
we extend it again later (with the needed capability
flag), it can't break userspace sending invalid data.

This patch adds support for multiple TX queues inside mwifiex
driver. Four different queues according to WMM access categories
are defined for each virtual interface. When a packet is
received from netdev for transmission, tx pending count for
particular queue is incremented and if tx pending count has
reached upper water-mark, this queue is stopped instead of
stopping all queues. Similarly when a packet is successfully
transmitted from device, tx pending count is decremented per
queue and if pending count falls below lower water-mark, queue
operations are again resumed. This ensures that not all
tranmission is blocked if traffic with particular TOS value
suddenly increases.
Also wake all queues after association/IBSS_join/uAP_BSS_start
to enable traffic on all queues.

When command timeout happens due to a bug in firmware/hardware,
the timeout handler just prints some debug information. User is
unable to reload the driver in this case.
Inspired by 9a821f5 "libertas: add sd8686 reset_card support",
this patch adds card reset support for SDIO interface when
command timeout happens. If the SDIO host contoller supports
MMC_POWER_OFF|UP|ON operations, the chip will be reset and the
firmware will be re-downloaded.

Earlier scan command was postponed by 20msec multiple times to give
preference to Tx traffic until we find empty wmm queue.
There is a corner case in which wmm queue becomes empty immediately
after processing the packet(before 20msec) and there may be next
packet coming after some time. In this case we should not resume scan
operation.
We will use new flag to check Tx traffic and resume scan operation
only if there is no traffic for 200msec.

1) Recently we removed set_channel cfg80211 handler. Also, cfg80211
blocks ibss connection requests if ibss network is already started
/joined. Hence the code to restart ibss network in new channel
(mwifiex_drv_change_adhoc_chan() function) becomes redundant.
2) mwifiex_bss_set_channel() function is redundant. It does some
error checking and calculate adhoc start band and adhoc channel.
Cfg80211 already takes care of error checking and provides correct
channel information to the driver. Adhoc start band is already
calculated in mwifiex_set_rf_channel() function.
Other associated code is also removed in this patch.

We miss to wakeup main thread after adding command to cmd pending
queue at follwing places. These commands are handled later when
main thread is woken up for handling an interrupt for sleep event
from firmware. This adds worst case delay of 50msec.
1) We don't wakeup main thread when asynchronous command is added
to cmd pending queue. Move queue_work() call from
mwifiex_wait_queue_complete() to mwifiex_send_cmd_async() to wakeup
main thread for sync as well as async commands.
2) Scan operation is triggered due to following reasons
a) request from user (ex. "iw scan" command)
b) Scan performed by driver internally.
In first case main thread is woken up when first scan command is
queued in cmd pending queue (we don't need to wakeup main thread for
subsequent scan commands, because they are queued in scan command
response handler), but it is not done for second case. queue_work()
is moved inside mwifiex_scan_networks() to handle both the cases.

If scan operation is started when Tx traffic is already running,
driver locks Tx queue until it gets completed. With this logic
there is a delay for Tx packets.
This patch implements new approach to give Tx path higher priority
in this case. Driver internally sends multiple synchronous scan
commands to firmware when scan is requested by user. Now we will
make sure that Tx queue is empty everytime before sending next scan
command. If Tx queue isn't empty scan command will be postponsed by
20msec. This rule will be followed until Tx queue becomes empty or
timeout of 1 second happens. In case of timeout scan operation will
be aborted.
