Included file path was hard-wired in the ocfs2 makefile, which might
causes some confusion when compiling ocfs2 as an external module.
Say if we compile ocfs2 module as following.
cp -r /kernel/tree/fs/ocfs2 /other/dir/ocfs2
cd /other/dir/ocfs2
make -C /path/to/kernel_source M=`pwd` modules
Acutally, the compiler wil try to find included file in
/kernel/tree/fs/ocfs2, rather than the directory /other/dir/ocfs2.
To fix this little bug, we introduce the var $(src) provided by kbuild.
$(src) means the absolute path of the running kbuild file.

The versioning information is confusing for end-users. The numbers are
stuck at 1.5.0 when the tools version have moved to 1.8.2. Remove the
versioning system in the OCFS2 modules and let the kernel version be the
guide to debug issues.

Replace EXTRA_CFLAGS with ccflags-y. And change ntfs-objs to ntfs-y
for cleaner conditional inclusion.

We're going to remove the tie between ocfs2_dlmfs and o2dlm.
ocfs2_dlmfs doesn't belong in the fs/ocfs2/dlm directory anymore. Here
we move it to fs/ocfs2/dlmfs.

fs/ocfs2/dlm/ocfs2_dlm.ko and fs/ocfs2/dlm/ocfs2_dlmfs.ko get built if
CONFIG_FS_OCFS2 is specified. This isn't quite how it should happen any more
- the "o2cb" dlm modules should only be built if CONFIG_FS_OCFS2_O2CB is
set, so update the dlm Makefile accordingly.

dlmfs: A minimal dlm userspace interface implemented via a virtual
file system.
Most of the OCFS2 tools make use of this to take cluster locks when
doing operations on the file system.

A distributed lock manager built with the cluster file system use case
in mind. The OCFS2 dlm exposes a VMS style API, though things have
been simplified internally. The only lock levels implemented currently
are NLMODE, PRMODE and EXMODE.
