It doesn't actually do anything. Merge its help text into
EXTRA_FIRMWARE.

This activates the following functionalities:
* SMP support (used on xRX200)
* PCI support
* NAND driver
* PHY driver
* UART
* Watchdog
* USB 2.0 controller
These driver are driving different IP cores found on the supported SoCs.

Just generate a configuration based on this default configuration and
store it again. This removed some old configuration options.
